Nightlife Impresario Announces Groundbreaking Men’s Multimedia Mental Health Experience
LOS ANGELES – June 17, 2026 – Spoken word artist, author, and mental health advocate Mikey Tableman, alongside wellness creative platform A Mind’s Pursuit 501c3 (AMP), has announced the launch of ‘My Manic Maze,’ an ambitious multimedia project set for release on July 10, 2026, through EQUATOR.
A blended spoken word EP, cinematic visual experience, and live performance series, My Manic Maze transforms Tableman’s personal experiences with addiction, trauma, burnout, and recovery into an immersive journey designed to spark conversation and encourage vulnerability through art, storytelling, and community that turns personal struggles into collective understanding.

The project’s rollout began last night in Los Angeles with “The Alchemy,” a live event showcase at The Peppermint Club produced by A Mind’s Pursuit in association with Critical Breakdown and The Juice Joint. During the event, Tableman premiered “The Tea,” the first release planned from My Manic Maze. The track’s live performance debut at 9pm PST / 12am EST was also simultaneously aligned with the track officially going live across all music streaming platforms.
Serving as the project’s introduction, “The Tea” explores the often invisible realities of social anxiety, overthinking, and the exhausting pressure to appear okay while struggling internally. Through cinematic production and spoken word storytelling, the piece sets the emotional tone for the larger journey audiences will experience throughout My Manic Maze.
The second single, “Down The Rabbit Hole,” arrives June 26, while the third release titled “Santiago” arrives July 3, supported by a highly cinematic music video. These next two releases explore the journey of healing, self-forgiveness, and learning to make peace with the parts of ourselves we once tried to escape. Through vulnerable storytelling and emotionally driven spoken word, the tracks embrace the reality that healing is not linear, but a daily choice to keep moving forward, accept the struggle, and finally choose yourself.
Alongside the music releases, A Mind’s Pursuit will launch ‘Conversations with the Boys’ on June 24, a men’s mental health roundtable series hosted by Mikey Tableman, Big Billy Clark, Ben Meredith, and Jean Pierre Betancur. The series brings together voices from entertainment, sports, business, and everyday life alongside special guests for honest discussions surrounding identity, relationships, emotional wellness, purpose, and modern masculinity.
Featured guests for the upcoming first season include Grammy-nominated musician Sam Pounds, Breaking Bad actor RJ Mitte, retired NBA player Jared Jeffries, NFL veteran Alijah Holder, actor Linc Hand, and other notable voices. These roundtable conversations are committed to breaking down their innermost feelings through authentic dialogue.
Tableman shares, “Conversations With The Boys is a space dedicated to honest dialogue among men.
