Small Businesses Adopt AI Faster Than They Integrate It, AWAIS LLC Says
A professional team works around a laptop as digital workflow graphics represent customer inquiries, reporting, invoicing, reminders and system integration. The image illustrates small businesses moving from isolated AI tools toward secure, connected automation that reduces repetitive work while keeping employees involved in important decisions.
AWAIS LLC says small businesses can move from AI experimentation to practical results by starting with one repetitive workflow, strengthening the technology and security behind it, and keeping human review in place. The Anaheim-based company provides AI automation, managed IT, cybersecurity, SAP consulting and system integration services across Southern California.

ANAHEIM, Calif. – June 23, 2026 – As small businesses move from experimenting with artificial intelligence to using it in daily operations, AWAIS LLC is helping companies evaluate where its technology and automation services can reduce repetitive work. The Anaheim-based company also provides managed IT services in Orange County and cybersecurity services in Orange County to support the systems, access controls and business data behind those workflows.

Companies with more complex enterprise requirements can also receive SAP consulting in Los Angeles, including SAP S/4HANA guidance, ERP process support and integration planning. Business owners can book a 30-minute setup meeting to discuss an IT problem, cybersecurity concern, SAP or ERP requirement, or potential automation opportunity.

A March 2026 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses survey of 1,256 participants found that 76% were using AI, but only 14% had fully integrated it into core operations. Seventy-three percent said more training and implementation resources would help them use the technology successfully.

“Small businesses do not need to automate every department to see value,” said Awais Rizvi of AWAIS LLC. “The better starting point is one repetitive process that consumes employee time, creates delays or requires information to be moved between systems.”

Possible starting points include organizing customer inquiries, preparing recurring reports, sending follow-up reminders, extracting information from documents, tracking unresolved requests and connecting data across email, spreadsheets, customer systems and ERP platforms.

The opportunity is not simply to add another AI tool. Businesses also need to consider whether the underlying process is documented, whether the information is reliable and whether employees have appropriate access to the systems involved.

Security and human review remain part of that decision. Customer records, financial information, employee data and proprietary documents should not be entered into unapproved platforms. Contracts, complaints, financial decisions and other sensitive work should continue to receive human oversight.

AWAIS LLC says the strongest automation projects begin with a measurable business problem and a clear outcome, such as reducing response time, limiting repeated data entry or improving the consistency of routine reporting.
