OHF are mainly used for loading and unloading of over-high containers, and the number of over-high containers in the actual operation of the terminal is small, not every day. This requires that the OHF can be easily transferred from the maintenance site to the front of the terminal. The standard OHF is equipped with two forklift holes, which can be transported by a 25-ton forklift. However, many terminal sites do not have 25-ton forklifts. Now we are introducing two new types of super-elevated transportation solutions.
One: Transport by reach stacker
A set of reach hoisting lifting point mechanism is added to the standard OHF chassis, and the super-elevated frame can be directly used for transporting by front hoisting.
Two: Equipped with OHF trailers, which can be directly transported by tractors.
If you have a few on-site reach stackers, it is not convenient to use a reach stacker for transportation. There is also a scheme, that is, a trailer is arranged on the super high frame, and the underframe of the OHF and the trailer are designed as an integrated form. The tractor can be used to conveniently carry out super-elevated transport.
How does the reach stacker connect to OHF?
Under special circumstances, it may be necessary to use a reach stacker to connect the super-elevated frame to lift the super-elevated box. Can this working condition be realized?
OHF is the standard automatic hook telescopic OHF and the non-hook fixed manual OHF respectively. So is there a kind of OHF that does not require hooks or labor, or is scalable. The latest product of GBM, hookless automatic OHF and all-electric OHF.
The hookless automatic OHF has been upgraded on the basis of the original manual OHF, and the sling mechanism of manual opening and closing is cancelled. Through a very clever connecting rod structure, the OHF can be automatically opened and closed by the lifting action.
The following introduces an all-electric OHF, no hook is required, the opening and closing action of the OHF is realized through two DC motors, and a complete set of indicator systems for detecting limit and opening and closing are configured.
When the spreader is in the OHF lock hole, activate the PLC to trigger the 24V power supply output, and the OHF LED indicator will light up. When the spreader leaves the OHF, the OHF immediately enters the sleep mode, and the LED indicator will stop indicating when the power is off.
When the spreader is connected to OHF normally, if no operation is performed within 15 minutes, OHF will enter sleep mode and the system will enter the minimum power mode. When the main spreader reloads the box on the OHF or performs an opening and closing action, the OHF will be awakened and enter the normal standby mode.
The opening and closing action of the spreader triggers the output of the super-elevated DC motor to drive the opening and closing action of the OHF.
The OHF system is powered by two 12V maintenance-free battery packs with a built-in battery charging module. The battery and charging module must be installed in the middle electrical box. If the battery power is insufficient, an external 220V power supply can be used to quickly charge the battery. Each OHF is equipped with 220V aviation plugs on the 2 columns on the left land and the right sea to facilitate quick connection to the external power supply.
