D.O., Idol Champ Fan Pd Selected The Most Anticipated Comeback Idol In July

South Korea – The user-engaging mobile idol app “IDOL CHAMP” held a vote for about two weeks from June 29th under the theme of “Which Idol’s comeback is the most anticipated for July by fan PDs?” EXO’s ‘D.O’, scheduled for a comeback on July 26th, was selected as the winner.
K-POP fans are enthusiastic about the release of EXO D.O.(Doh Kyungsoo)’s first solo album “Empathy.” The album is going to be released on July 26, and a mood sampler video was released on various SNS at midnight on July 15 to preview the mood of the album, making the headlines.
The title track of the solo album ‘Rose’ is an acoustic folk song with a light guitar rhythm, and it is known that D.O. wrote the lyrics himself, raising expectations. The lyrics are about a fresh love story that confesses courageously with a fluttering heart in love.
The English version of ‘Rose’ will also be included as a bonus track and will show a different charm from the Korean lyrics. D.O.’s first solo album, consisting of a total of eight tracks, including the title track ‘Rose’, is expected to receive a lot of love from not only domestic fans but also from global K-pop fans.
In this poll, D.O. ranked first with 38.55%, followed by SF9 with 28.48%, DAY6 (Even of Day), BTS, and Kyuhyun. The result can be found in the global Hallyu (Korean Wave) community, KStarLive.
Meanwhile, IDOL CHAMP, which held the poll, is holding another vote on the best group of the month until July 31st. SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, Brave Girls, LOONA were listed as candidates, and the winner will be presented with a huge bus wrapping advertisement.
